By using the services of PawSavvy Grooming, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website and grooming services.
Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service.
Service Conditions
- Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, to receive grooming services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to pets displaying aggressive behavior.
- Owners are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect grooming.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Liability
PawSavvy Grooming is not liable for any injuries or illness that may occur during grooming, unless caused by gross negligence. Owners assume all risks associated with grooming their pets.
